Oops, I completely forgot about this for a month and a half…

I’ve been busy…still.  Life of Galileo happened and is over.  Post-prod is next Wednesday, and then I’m officially done with it.  Crazy.  It went all right in the end, but it was definitely the hardest show I’ve ever been a part of.  Thirty cast members and we had to pack everything out of the space every night to lock it up.  And the sound was really difficult (loud fume hoods and crappy microphones).  But it went all right, and my chances of starting up stronger student involvement are better now.  And the cast got me a really nice gift for putting so much work in.  Sigh, now I just have to get more work done and eventually graduate.

I’m going home at the end of June to do more wedding stuff.  Just 12 months left – but I’m sure it will go fast.

Zilchbrau is coming up too – next week! – and now that the play is over, I’ve got to focus on that too…I’m writing two skits and acting in others I think.  It should be good.  It’s gameshow-themed this year.

About meg

I think planets are cool! I'm a new graduate student in Planetary Science at Caltech, and at the moment I'm interested in planetary geophysics of terrestrial planets and moons. I'm originally from Cortlandt Manor, NY, and I did my undergrad at MIT, where I got heavily involved in student theater - a hobby I hope to continue through grad school, time permitting... I also like to read sci-fi/fantasy novels, obsess about English history, and play frisbee.
