Final Projects

I have two, and they’re my life right now.  One is about whether or not Jupiter’s core (if it exists) might be partly solid or not, and the other is about how craters in ice behave over time.  I have to present the first on Friday, and write them both up for next Wednesday.  Later that night I leave for Boston (yay!).  I’ve been pretty exhausted for the past couple of weeks, so I’m hoping that it’s all worth it and I do well on the projects in the end…we’ll see…

I did get to make cookies for social hour on Friday, which I’m helping to run – it’s a St. Patrick’s Day theme =)

About meg

I think planets are cool! I'm a new graduate student in Planetary Science at Caltech, and at the moment I'm interested in planetary geophysics of terrestrial planets and moons. I'm originally from Cortlandt Manor, NY, and I did my undergrad at MIT, where I got heavily involved in student theater - a hobby I hope to continue through grad school, time permitting... I also like to read sci-fi/fantasy novels, obsess about English history, and play frisbee.
