So much for being a real person…

It’s official – I’m just a robot that does homework.  I’m so glad the week is over, although I wouldn’t mind more time between now and finals.  I really need to study all weekend.  There wasn’t any time this week at all for fun things, like hobbies or eating real meals, and that gets pretty tiring.  I also really really need to do laundry.  I just keep getting back home too late and too hungry to feel like it.  I’m really sad that Wild Oats on California closed.  They were good for hot food that I could get quickly and bring back to my office.  Now there’s nothing really good for that.

But anyway, TGIF!

And welcome to the weekend that was full of work…

About meg

I think planets are cool! I'm a new graduate student in Planetary Science at Caltech, and at the moment I'm interested in planetary geophysics of terrestrial planets and moons. I'm originally from Cortlandt Manor, NY, and I did my undergrad at MIT, where I got heavily involved in student theater - a hobby I hope to continue through grad school, time permitting... I also like to read sci-fi/fantasy novels, obsess about English history, and play frisbee.

I feel your pain, I’m planning to do nothing but work every second from now until Dec 17 (our last day of finals) — but it’s almost over! And then you’ll have all of winter break with no homework or exams hanging over your head. 🙂

    Good luck!

Wow, until Dec. 17 is a long time to be that stressed out. I have this coming week of classes left and then I’m going to a conference the week after, so I have to take two of my finals while I’m gone (they’re all take-home here). So that kinda sucks, but at least I’ll be done in about a week. Good luck with your finals and all!
